Wlixarunstroxel is committed to providing exceptional landscape design services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations for our services.

Consultation Fees

Initial consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed. If you need to reschedule a consultation, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We will work with you to find an alternative time.

Design Fees

Design fees are structured as follows:

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to begin design work. This deposit covers initial design development and consultation time.
• Progress Payments: Additional payments are due at specified project milestones as outlined in your project agreement.
• Refunds: If you cancel a project after design work has begun, refunds will be calculated based on work completed and materials purchased. Unused portions of payments may be refunded at our discretion.

Installation Projects

For installation projects:

• Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has commenced
• Cancellation after work has begun may result in charges for work completed and materials purchased
• Refunds for unused materials may be provided if materials can be returned unused
• Any custom-ordered materials are non-refundable

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a project at any time by providing written notice:

• Before Work Begins: Full refund minus non-refundable deposit
• After Work Begins: Refund calculated based on work completed and materials purchased
• After Completion: No refunds available after project completion

Change Orders

Changes to project scope after work has begun may result in additional costs. All change orders must be approved in writing before additional work is performed.

Warranty and Guarantees

We guarantee our workmanship and materials:

• Plants are guaranteed for 90 days from installation, subject to proper care
• Hardscape work is guaranteed for one year against defects in workmanship
• Warranty claims must be reported promptly and may require inspection

If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues and will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

Payment Methods

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
